Although we make every effort to ensure that our online store is fully stocked, on occasion some of our designs will be unexpectedly popular and the raw materials used to fabricate them will no longer be available. If that is the case, a representative will contact you to discuss a time frame for completing your order. From time to time, we will have access to special, one-of-a-kind, raw materials, to produce a limited number of items of a particular design. If that is the case, the item will display “limited quantities available,” under its description.
Nina Loren, LLC and www.ninaloren.com, accept Master Card, Visa, Discovery and American Express for telephone and online purchases. Your card will be charged when you place your order. Sales tax is automatically assessed and added to your order. All Florida orders are subject to a 7% sales tax.

PRICING
The products displayed in www.ninaloren.com are quoted in US Dollars, and are valid in the United States only. The prices assigned to our designs by our authorized retailers are at their sole discretion and are not regulated by Nina Loren, LLC .
RETURNS
At the time you place your order on our Website, the appropriate stones and materials are especially selected by the designer, and your item is carefully crafted by hand. Each of our creations is individually made upon order. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and request a store credit, or you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value.
To return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@ninaloren.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your invoice number in the subject line. Items must be returned to Nina Loren, LLC within ten (10) days of the date your item was delivered to the shipping address specified on your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt in the package. Once we receive your unworn item in perfect condition, your exchange or Web credit will be processed. Nina Loren, LLC reserves the right to determine what is “perfect condition” and “unworn.” Items received as gifts may also be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Exchanges and requests for store credit will be subject to non-refundable shipping charges.
Please note that we can only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the store policy of the retailer. Regrettably we cannot accept returns or requests for Web credit on any custom-made orders, or sale items. Nina Loren, LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. To avoid this, please insure return packages for the retail value of the jewelry. If using USPS, packages must have delivery confirmation to enable detailed tracking information.
In the event that your items become damaged from normal wear or during shipment from our online store, we will repair them free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Any items purchased through one of our authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer to handle the repairs. Nina Loren, LLC reserves the right to determine what “normal wear” is. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we will repair your jewelry for a small materials and shipping fee. However, if the repairs involve stones that are no longer available, Nina Loren, LLC reserves the right to replace said stones with others of similar color and value.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at orders@ninaloren.com. You may cancel or change your order up to 24 hours after it has been placed, provided that we have not begun fabricating it.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship USPS, fully insured. Shipping time refers to the delivery time, not the time we take to prepare your order. Most orders are ready to be shipped on or before 10 business days from the date of the order; however, some designs are more intricate and require additional time to produce. Pricing may vary based upon the amount of items shipped in one package. Shipping costs within the contiguous United States are as follows:
USPS Priority Mail $12.00 3 business days within Florida,
5-7 business days elsewhere.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
Gems are among the most durable of nature’s creations. Most stones are more or less brittle, many are quite soft, and some can be damaged by heat, vibration, or chemicals. Make sure you do not expose them to the chemicals in hair products, fragrances cosmetics, or to dust and pollution, as this can affect the brilliance of the stone. We recommend that you apply cosmetics and perfume before putting on the jewelry. You should also remove the jewelry before taking a shower, or engaging in vigorous exercise. Some gem varieties might be damaged with a hard blow. With a little care, they will be remain as beautiful as they are when you purchase them
To keep your gems sparkling when dust, cosmetics perfume and fingerprints have dimmed their brilliance, we recommend you clean your gemstone jewelry in a bowl of water with a few drops of ordinary dish detergent. Using an old toothbrush or other soft brush, scrub gently behind the stone where dust and soap can collect. Then just rinse and pat try with a soft cloth.
A home ultrasonic cleaner should be used with extreme caution. It can be used to clean unadorned gold jewelry, but it may damage gems like emerald, pink tourmaline, peridot, pearls, coral, lapis lazuli, malachite, turquoise, and any gem that has many inclusions. When in doubt, do not use it.
Organic gems like pearls, amber, and coral require special care because they are porous. Clean them with a soft, untreated cloth and store them in a cloth-lined box or pouch. Keep them away from other jewelry, which might scratch them. Strands of pearls should be restrung if the cord frays or stretches so that individual pearls move.
When removing your rings, bracelets or pendants, do not pull them off by the gemstone: this will not damage the gem but it can, over time, stretch the metal that holds it in place, making the setting less secure. To protect the beauty of your gems and jewelry, make sure you store each piece separately. Gems may scratch each other or the metal in your jewelry. Avoid creating a tangle of jewelry by wrapping each piece individually or keeping it in its own compartment. Especially when you travel, make sure your jewelry pieces don’t jostle each other in one bag.
Sterling silver will tarnish over time but it is easily cleaned. When not using your silver sterling jewelry, keep it dry and store it in an air tight container. Humidity will accelerate the tarnish process. If cleaning sterling silver jewelry that is adorned with gemstones, treat only the silver parts because the polish can damage the stones. Avoid using sterling silver jewelry when using chlorine bleach or when in a hot tub or pool. Light tarnish can be removed by buffing the jewelry with a soft, dry 100% cotton cloth.
Gold vermeil is the overlay of gold over a base of sterling silver. Jewelry made from gold vermeil also requires special care. When not using your gold vermeil jewelry, we recommend you store it in an air tight container. Remove the jewelry before showering or applying hair spray, perfume, lotions or cosmetics. As with sterling silver and gold, be especially careful not to wear gold vermeil jewelry when using chlorine bleach or while in a pool or hot tub. To clean, gently buff with a soft cotton or micro-fiber cloth. Do not try to polish, because this will remove the gold plating.
